FCL
Teacher Training: ``STEM and Active Learning: A Dynamic Approach to Teaching``
STEM is not just “math and robotics.” Rather, it is a way of thinking. It is a teaching model that links theory with practice and observation with creation.
Through the FCL STEM Teacher Training program, educators learn how to use STEM tools. These tools help foster critical thinking, collaboration and creativity in students. Additionally, the program shows, in a simple and practical way, how teaching improves with connection, exploration and active participation.
Moreover, STEM builds bridges between different fields of knowledge. As a result, this approach gives children a more complete understanding of the world.
In the “STEM and Active Learning” program, we explore activities that encourage students to engage, experiment and create. Therefore, learning becomes dynamic and hands-on.
Program Objectives
The program aims to inspire educators to transform their teaching into a more dynamic and engaging experience, using STEM tools and practices that connect knowledge with real-world application.
